Summary/Abstract: This study examines the impact of terrorism in the United States of America, especially after 9/11. In this context, the Bush administration adopted a series of documents which aimed to stop the terrorist threat, to protect their own citizens and to promote their core values. At the same time, it is important to see how Bush’s discourses and The National Securities Strategies will be named “The Bush Doctrine”. This Doctrine concentrated the way of reaction in a crisis situation, the new way of thinking and even the redefining two military concepts, preemptive and preventive, into a new one, the anticipative war.
