Summary/Abstract: This work elaborates the crimes of terrorism in Montenegrin legislature starting from previously prescribed basic criminal deed of terrorism with greatly extended incrimination to special crimes of terrorism prescribed by Law on alterations and additions of Crminal code of Montenegro from 2010.Criminal and judicial analysis has been conducted with all its elements of concretisation of following crimes : terrorism, public summnons to terroristic acts accomplishment, recruital and training for terroristic acts accomplishment, the use of deadly device and destruction and damage of nuclear plant.The contents of this work comprises review on international law relgulation in this field as well as basic findings about the causes of terrorism. The dangers which are brought about by terrorism have been pointed out as one of the most significant aspect of criminality and the need of international community to acts synchronically in order to eradicate efficiently and the prevent various forms of terroristic activities.
