THE CRIME OF RAPE IN THE CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF MONTENEGRO

Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with the crime of rape with criminal justice and criminalistics aspect. In the first part of the paper the authors discuss and analyze the crime of rape in accordance with the legal regulatory criminal legislation of the Republic of Montenegro. In the second part of the paper the authors point to the basic form of modus operandi of the perpetrators of this crime. In the final part of the paper the authors give attention to methodology of detecting and proving the crime of rape.
