Summary/Abstract: Documenting the criminal acts is daily work police officers, and each of these works is specific and unique. Any act which the application has its own importance as the lesser as well as greater extent depending on the severity and complexity of the offense. We are witnessing the daily activities police officers, however, but the question is how does all of this activity accompanied by police and treated on the ground, and then put it all together and documented. It really is a process which is everyday, and one of the key elements in the process of submitting the relevant report and submission of evidence to the competent prosecutor. In this paper, we will try as much detail as the process of documenting procedures of the offense, the operating procedure of the police officers in the documentation of the offense from the time of knowledge of a criminal offense to send reports on the criminal offense to the competent prosecutor. It is actually a process that can often be incompetent , which in the further process leaves space for the court to be dismissed in an invalid material evidence, returned to the applicant for completion and the like.
