The normative framework for the nationalization of property in Croatia/Yugoslavia, 1944-1946

Summary/Abstract: The content of this article is concerned with the measures adopted for the purpose of nationalizing property in Croatia/Yugoslavia after the Second World War. Emphasis is given to two elements, the relations between the Communist Party of Yugoslavia to proerty before, during, and directly after the end of the war, and the development of the basic measures for the process of nationalization.
