THE ROLE OF TREATMENT IN EXECUTION OF CRIMINAL SANCTIONS

Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the author introduces with treatment within the execution of criminal sanctions, its objectives and tasks. This paper, in accordance with the foundations of national legislation and applied european documents, define and state forms of implementation of treatment by the current penological thought, with theoretical discourses. One short part of this paper contains the state of research in penological institutions of the Republic of Serbia.
