The Philosophical Education at the Classical Universities in Russia: the History and Nowadays

Summary/Abstract: The author takes up the issue of teaching philosophy at the universities in Russia from the 18th century to the present. This issue the author discusses on the example of the universities in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Tomsk and other academic centers. Presenting the history of philosophy the author also takes up the issue of the influence of teaching philosophy on the formation of attitudes world-view.
