Administrative and legal protection of entrepreneur in the scope of industrial property rights exercising

Summary/Abstract: This article constitutes a presentation of convergence of antitrust law and industrial property law connected with the exercising of industrial property law. The article analyses the scope of the public legal protection of entrepreneurs who have acquired the industrial property law. These entrepreneurs are limited in the exercise of industrial property rights by means of the European and national law. More specifically, the European Commission, antitrust organs and patent organs have extensive powers to create the economic position of entrepreneurs who have acquired an industrial property law.
