Summary/Abstract: Speaking of services marketing, researchers’ interest usually focuses on the marketing-mix instruments and strategies. According to the authors, marketing seen as a management and social process makes it possible to look for the connections of marketing with consumers’ rights. This is all the more justified since services are characterized by intangibility, which has an impact on relations between the customer and the service provider.
