On some aspects of the development and characteristics of the BiH education during Austro-Hungarian rule, with special emphasis on the situation

Summary/Abstract: The issue of the position of school institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina during Austro-Hungarian rule has grasped attention mainly of earlier historians. Lately, there has been a need for scientific papers which would treat the aforementioned problems from a new aspect. Having in mind current scientific achievements and relevant archive material, this paper is an attempt to analyze the educational-pedagogical work in school institutions as well as to sumarize all relations in the school system of Bosnia and Herzegovina during Austro-Hungarian rule.
