Summary/Abstract: Wages of the members of parliaments belong to the sharply monitored issues by general public. After all MP’s make decisions themselves about their wages and other amenities what is an unfulfilled dream of all other taxpayers. In this article the connection between wages of MP’s in EU 27 in the year 2011 and GDP per capita, number of inhabitants on 1 MP, and Human Development Index (HDI) are analysed.
