Structure of global demand in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of the paper was to present a role of elements of global demand in the whole of final demand in Poland. The structure of global demand was changeable in the period 2003-2009 but differences were not substantial in particular years. In 2009 it was as follows: private consumption constituted 63% of global demand, private investments – 10%, purchase of goods and services made by public institutions – 30%, whereas deficit of foreign trade decreased final demand in Poland by 3%.
