Statistical price analysis in the housing market in Kraków in 2007

Summary/Abstract: Kraków is a city with a unique character. In order to reside in Kraków it is possible to choose between nineteenth-century tenement houses, communist blocks of flats, secession seals and modernistic villas. In the city there is also a wide range of modern, luxury investments at prestigious addresses which attract the richest. This variety translates into an enormous price diversity which constitutes a huge problem for flat buyers. However, it has advantages, as everybody can find something appropriate, regardless of the ready cash at one’s command.
