Evaluation and selection methods of research and development projects in socially responsible company

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to review and characterize selected methods of evaluation and selection of research and development (R & D) from the point of view of their usefulness ina socially responsible company. The first part is devoted to the presentation of the development of the concept of corporate social responsibility in the implementation of R & D projects. The rest of this article reviews the methods of assessment and selection of projects in the context of taking into account the goals of different stakeholders. The analysis made in the last part showed that the most useful methods, for socially responsible company, are multicriteria and portfolio methods.
