Intelligence cultures - subdomain of security culture

Summary/Abstract: This paper is intended to be an attempt to define the term and the subsequent notions of intelligence culture, as a subdomain of security culture. It would be a short and therefore not a comprehensive presentation of intelligence culture’s defining elements, components and features. All in all what would be the intelligence culture if not the citizen’s (as an individual involved in the social life) perception of the intelligence domain and services, within the social frame? Also it would be a try to analyze the degree of necessity for the solid culture of intelligence, both for ordinary people and for the specialists of decision making personnel within the framework of national security.
