Summary/Abstract: Due to constant improvement of the new services and to the huge amount of information the global Internet Network offers, it opens today not only additional opportunities for the international community development but also the risk of new global threats rising. In many countries, including in the Russian Federation, the overall Cyber aggression proliferation raises the necessity of personnel training in fighting against Cybercrime.
