Summary/Abstract: This paper proposes to realize the portrait of o great lady, a woman of culture, who was Alice Voinescu. She had a life full of events, a husband who did not understand her, but became her confident after the death. Alice Voinescu’s life passed through different epochs, she was a representative of Romanian culture outside the boundaries of the country. She refused important jobs in France or United States for a life in her country, where she became a professor at the University and married Stelo Voinescu.
