Summary/Abstract: n Cluj, the 21 members of MISA were judged, mainly accused of human trafficking. On 11 February 2015, the Cluj Tribunal court acquitted all defendants. The court's reasoning was recently made public disclosure. This document sharply and strongly impressed by the tone of judgment. The decision seems a real indictment of the criminal investigative body, DIOCT, and of the institutions that assist Directorate for Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism in the cause judged. Ariana-Lăcrimioara Ilieş judge invokes "absurd allegations" and "repressive nature of the actions of the authorities against members and supporters of MISA, whose freedom of conscience is severely violated". The real purpose and obvious indictment and prosecuting the defendants were not holding them criminally liable, "but the abolition of this yoga school by discouraging its members to exercise their freedom of conscience." We quote further: "nothing proves more serious manufacturing repressive actions against members and supporters of MISA than the inconsistency of the charges. Despite hundreds of police officers, SRI Agent who worked on the case and huge amounts of money spent on this investigation, all obtained were some statements made by adults who have equated human trafficking and voluntary work on they claimed that they had made it into the house called "ashram", where they chose to live on their own initiative, at their request. Placing specific activities of MISA members and supporters under the name human trafficking affect the legality of the indictment DIOCT, because the legality of criminal law criminalizing excludes interpretation by analogy on facts provided by law".
