Risk controlling in cultural institutions

Summary/Abstract: Every single business entity is vulnerable to risk. There are also institutions that try to ensure that the market is risk-safe. Modern management systems help to improve the work of every business entity. Thus it is crucial for the organisations to detect any possible danger quickly enough to eliminate it or to take advantage of it. The objective of this work is to present how the modern forms of management, especially risk controlling method, facilitate the work of organisations. The methods of management that throughout the relevant influence on the occurring risk facilitate the proper activity of the organisations were presented. Thanks to the risk control, the entity is able to benefit from making use of the congruent market information. The institution is also aware of the occurring danger, either internal or external, and is able to react quickly enough. The main aim of managing the risk is adequate influence on the risk that allows achieving the planned goals without any violations.
