Appliance project of agricultural farm as a tool for strategic planning in agriculture

Summary/Abstract: Strategic planning plays an increasingly important role. Finding the right tools can streamline the budgeting process and obtaining information for strategic management. In agriculture, for many years the basis of the strategic plan was an appliance project. Its form was developed in the late forties and the early fifties of the twentieth century. The paper presents a method of preparing an appliance project and its main characteristics as a tool for the strategic planning in agriculture.
