THE RESERvE FORCES AND MECHANISM OF COMPLETION OF MILITARY FORCES IN MILITARY ACTIONS

Summary/Abstract: All NATO Armed Forces and not only them, that are going through a process of restructuring and reorganizing the active and reserve forces, are anxious to establish new directions and ways to train the reservists, so that they will be in a position to participate individually or in groups with the same kind of mission as militaries in active service. Areas of approach such as professionalizing, volunteering, preparing reserve mobilization, generation and regeneration of military structures are of great importance at the level of the alliance and of each individual Member State.
