Summary/Abstract: This article is a brief presentation on the Euro-Atlantic international perspective and the way în which it understands to manage crises and conflict situations from the perspective of soft comprehensive approach. This article analyzes the current security challenges which require close cooperation of national and international actors în order to combine civilian and military resources. Effective enforcement strategies ask for cooperation and contribution Euro Atlantic institutions, with a shared sense of openness and determination.
