ELEMENTS OF SCHOOL ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT

Summary/Abstract: School can be defined as an organization due to: its organizational structure, its organizational control, its organizational behavior, and organizational change. The role of the educational manager is to limit the bureaucratic perspective and the perspective of a “peopleless organization” and to develop the school organizationally, from the latter’s systemic perspective. The changes generated by the social, political, economic, and cultural modifications of the last twenty years in our country are to be found both at the level of the educational system and, in particular, at the level of the educational process. Thus, given the dynamics and especially the effects of the educational reforms implemented over the last twenty years, one cannot fail to approach the school organization from the perspective of the management of change.
