Summary/Abstract: The article details the description of the structure and psychometric properties of the Short Scale of Youth’s Social Support Assessment. Its psychometric properties were defined by assessing its reliability, validity and its item discrimination power index. 421 students were tested to that end. The findings show that the scale has acceptable score of validity and is a reliable diagnostic tool.
