Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the issue of the communication process in the context of the process of change. The paper discusses the significance of the communication process within the organization (especially the main barriers to internal communication) and the issues of changes in organization and communication in the process of change. The main objective of the study was to evaluate the possibility of using communication techniques in the process of implementing changes. Discussed techniques have been evaluated in view of the suitability in the process of implementing changes.
