Summary/Abstract: The article deals with evolution of control parts of automatic systems and changes in consequence with it, which were needed for knowledge to designers of automation systems. It analyses basic requirements at running of modern control systems and structure of specialist qualification of automatic systems and related areas of information and communication technologies caused by requirements.
