Summary/Abstract: This paper discusses the problem of Corporate Social Responsibility in Polish enterprises. There are a lot of CSR instruments which enterprises can use. Corporate volunteering is one of the main instruments of Corporate Social Responisibility. This article analyses some reasons and advantages of corporate volunteering. Moreover it shows primary areas and good examples of voluntary service in enterprises. The main purpose of this paper is to analyse the effects and usability of corporate volunteering.
