Managing intellectual capital and innovation of enterprise

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to analyze the importance of the intellectual capital management for the development of innovation in enterprises. Efficient management of intellectual capital can bring the company a number of benefits, it can be the basis for the construction of the company's strategy of achieving a source of competitive advantage, it should also lead to increased innovation. The paper presents the results of a study performed on a group of 2117 higher educated employees enrolled in post-graduate studies, supplementary graduate studies or participated in training programmes. Studies have been done in terms of analysis the impact of intellectual capital on innovation companies in which they are employed.
