Analysis of the concept of capital group the polish economy and the economic literature

Summary/Abstract: This article presents the diversity of terminology and a lack of consistency in the naming of entities linked to the economy and literature. The group is a fairly common form of the functioning of the Polish economy. The prevalence of this entity is not clear from the application of a uniform definition in the literature and the Polish economy. A group is a parent company and its subsidiaries having a common economic objective function in which the legal bodies that are linked financially, organizationally and legally.
