The role of ethics in quality management

Summary/Abstract: The article is dealing with the ethics of entrepreneurs who maintain a quality management system. It has been shown the importance of the ethics and the impact of its absence in the management on the auspiciousness of maintained quality management system. In the second part of the article are listed aspects of quality which necessitate the ethical behavior and the consequences of such an approach.
