Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the results of the empirical study, the aim of which was to ascertain the relationships between the contents of organizational culture identified on the different levels of the analysis – the cognitive contents of organizational culture - and the specific manifestations of the organization’s behaviour. The research was carried out on the sample of 54 Czech manufacturing companies.
