Summary/Abstract: The areas that can shape a common tourist product are West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany. However, the creation of a common product requires cooperation of many different bodies, operating at different levels, especially at the regional level. Test results show that the cooperation between different actors is assessed positively, but it is fraught with administrative linguistic and financial barriers. The purpose of this article is therefore to present a concept of stakeholders in the creation of cross-border tourism product in Western Pomerania and Mecklenburg − Vorpommern.
