Summary/Abstract: The first issue of the scientific journal Facta Universitatis, Law and Politics, for the year 2015 includes scientific papers in the field of law and politics. The members of the new Editorial Board and the Editor-in-Chief, Prof. dr Miomira Kostić, hereby extend their appreciation to all contributing authors from the country and abroad, as well as special gratitude to the individual reviewers, whose submissions and reviews have substantially contributed to the publication of this issue.
