Construction of institutional balance at the supranational level on the example of the institution of employee participation

Summary/Abstract: Institutional balance is an extremely complex category, almost impossible to achieve. It is the sum of partial equilibrium occurring at various institutional levels and in different areas. This indicates a high degree of difficulty in the analysis. The purpose of this paper is to define the essence of the balance and to present the mechanism of its construction. We will demonstrate this mechanism on the example of the construction of institutional balance in labor relations at the European Union level.
