Summary/Abstract: What is left from the enigma after the critical exercise of translation is a meditation on Nichita Stănescu’s First Elegy. This consists in a relation based on hearing and the confidence in words as representations of thinking through conventional graphic signs meant to last. We have filtered the poetic text through philosophic parody, the chains of consequence and the inner constraints of the system, in an attempt to articulate it. We have also focused on suspense, repetition, representation, reaction, reflection, linked to the direction of enunciating the subject matter through the polisemantic traits of the formal and pulsional effects of the discourse.
