Summary/Abstract: The text below is a summary of a case study on the British recruitment company NonStop Recruitment Ltd.. The case study aimed to analyze how brand management is implemented in SMEs and to investigate the problems encountered when managing their brands. The three main problems identified are detailed in the „Conclusions” section. The results of this study will be used to help the marketing department of NonStop Recruitment in creating new projects and strategies that will help managing the company’s brand.
