STRATEGIC ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL SECURITY

Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on modern strategic aspects of enterprise personnel security. The need of these aspects examination based on modern organizations function in the conditions of fast-changing of environmental parameters demanding operational adaptation to these changes, and adaptability base is a human factor. Many scientists tend to consider the personnel as fundamental factor of enterprise development that determines the enterprise strategy and marks out the aspects of personnel security assurance of the organization in system of strategic management. The strategy formation of personnel security assurance developed under the influence of many external and internal variables, unique for each particular organization. Each of these variables bears the force of influence and makes impact on the maintenance of its structural elements, effective action against the threats to personnel security and by that causes the type of realized strategy of personnel security assurance.
