Summary/Abstract: The transfer of legislative power from parliament to the government is reflected as “delegation of legislation” and is stated at the constitutional procedure in all democratic states. From a conceptual point of view, the delegation of legislation is the transfer of powers from Parliament to the Government by adopting a normative act with the force of law.
