An on-line corpus-based valence dictionary of Polish

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents an electronic valence dictionary of Polish empirically based mainly on the National Corpus of Polish. The syntax of lexical entries is only sketched here. The main focus of the paper is the presentation of the lexical data on-line, i.e. via Internet browsers, as well as in two textual formats: in plain text and as a PDF. The emphasis is put here on the functionalities offered by the Internet access to Walenty, including the presentation of examples of particular realisations of valence schemata, as well as rich filtering mechanisms for entries and schemata.
