PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION MECHANISM AND LABOUR MARKET POTENTIALS OF THE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Summary/Abstract: According to the analysis of scientific approaches to the interpretation of the structure of the public administration mechanism, the author elaborated the viewpoint and the position regarding the main elements of the public sector and its advantages and disadvantages. Critical rethinking of the content of scientific concepts about the content structure of the public administration mechanism, with appropriate extrapolation of the results to the system of labor potential of the university, allowed building the overall structure of the mechanism of public administration by development of an appropriate object. The paper provides a synthesis of possible directions of influence on the system of public administration of labor potential of higher educational establishments.
