Individual costs and effects of investments in higher education

Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of the paper is to present individual costs and effects of investments in higher education. It should allow to choose which particular costs and effects should be taken into account in the calculation of rate of return of individual investments in higher education. Studies of rate of return of such investments would help in adjusting the studies programmes and could affect the decisions of choosing the studies subjects.
