Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the question of constitutional basis of the application of EU law in conditions of Slovak Republic and to the related problem of contours of acceptation of principle of primacy thereof. e paper described historical legislative works on the revision of Slovak Constitution in relation to the accession to the EU, interprets the related “euro” norms in Slovak basic law and analysis the promlems of this constitutional regulation.
