Summary/Abstract: Compared to the cultural and social policy of Bethlen and his offspring, we have the impression that the ruler who ruled the 400 years ago in October 1613 built consciously the circle of learned worldly people. His future statesmen, diplomats, and military officers acquired the foundations of their artwork, "Deans of Transition" in Reformed Educational Institutes or other schools, and their "vocational training", experience gained and their foreign study tours were carried out by the Prince.
