Summary/Abstract: The authors of this article, being both practicing psychotherapists, reveal some of the “secrets”of their profession, or more exactly talk about what goes on in the psychotherapists mind during a the therapy session. They start their investigation of the subject with the concept of internal dialogue, which goes on simultaneously and creatively accompanies the external ones as a permanent resource of meaning and innovation in human communication. According to their opinion, the general aim of the therapeutic process consists in closely monitoring both of these dialogues, the internal as well as the external one, and to adequately transfer elements of the internal dialogue into the external, by putting them to use.
