NCCD decides: Sanctioning Phoenix Mecano Plastic SRL SC-Sibiu, the legal representative, with a fine in the amount of 1,000 (one thousand) lei for different wages for equal work applied petitioner and a fine of 2,000 (two thousand) lei for its termination, according to art. 26 para. (1) and (2) of O.G no. 137/2000, as amended
