(1), Art. 10 letter h) of O.G. no.137 / 2000, as amended; Sanctioning of defendant with warning, in case Municipality Institution and City Council Institution Săvădisla, by their legal representative. Monitoring for a period of 3 (three months) to ascertain whether action would be taken in order to eliminate facts complained.
