Acts are fact of discrimination according to Art. 2 para. (1), Article 7 para. a) "ending, suspension, modification or termination of employment"; Sanctioning defendant, in this case ALMA Association - Access to Education and Training, legally represented by Mr. I.M. with a fine in the amount of 2,000 (two thousand) lei, according to art. 26 para. (1) and (2) of O.G no. 137/2000, as amended.
