Referral to the petitioner, the facts are discrimination according to Art. 2 para. (1), Art. 7 paragraph. a) "ending, suspension, modification or termination of employment"; 2. Sanctioning Romanian Athletics Federation, with a fine in the amount of 2,000 (two thousand) lei for dismissal of petitioner (by gender, objectively unjustified), according to art. 26 para. (1) and (2) of O.G no. 137/2000, as amended.
