Providing free parking and reserving a parking space at City Hall for the mayor, deputy mayor and secretary is not discriminatory according to art. 2 para. (1) O.G. no. 137/2000.2. Reserving a parking space at home for mayor, deputy mayor and secretary of state and providing free parking and reserving a parking space at home and the company he works for local councilors is discrimination according to art. 2 para. (1) O.G. no. 137/2000.3. Recommend the defendant to modify Resita Local Council Decision no. 344 of 17 December 2013, eliminating discrimination.
