Summary/Abstract: Partnership after the Death of an Partner according to Roman Law. The text is aimed at issues connected with the discharge of Roman Partnership (societas) as a result of death of one of the partners and possible solutions of unexpectedly arisen situations, open negotiations of the partner, the division of property of the partnership, the competition of the actions actio pro socio, actio communi dividundo and actio furti and especially the position of the successor of the deceased partner in these matters
